Subscription Plans
- Trial — 14 days free, full access, 1 user. No charge during trial.
- Standard Monthly — $49/month (inc. GST), 2 users included.
- Standard Annual — $470/year (inc. GST, save ~20%), 2 users included.
- Additional users — $15/month per user beyond the 2 included.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time from My Account → Subscriptions. Full access until end of billing period, then 30-day read-only grace period, then account locked. Your data is retained for 12 months.
Payment Methods
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via Stripe. CyberSmart360 never stores your card information.
Organisation admins can add team members so multiple people can contribute to assessments and remediation.
Included Users
Trial: 1 user. Standard: 2 users included. Maximum: 10 users per organisation.
Adding a Team Member
- Go to Settings → Team Members
- Check the seat indicator (e.g., “2/2 seats used”)
- If a seat is available, click “Invite User” and enter their email
- If all seats are used, click “Add another seat for $15/month”
- The invited user receives an email with login instructions
Removing a Team Member
- Go to Settings → Team Members
- Click “Remove” next to the member
- The user is deactivated (not deleted) — their activity is retained for audit
Good to know: If you cancel your base subscription, all seat subscriptions are also cancelled.
During Your Trial
- Full access to all features
- Limited to 1 user account
- Limited to 1 assessment
- Email reminders at day 7, day 11, and day 14
How to Upgrade
Click “Upgrade to Standard” on your dashboard, or visit the pricing page. Choose monthly ($49/mo) or annual ($470/yr, save ~20%).
What Changes
- User limit increases from 1 to 2
- Assessment limit removed (unlimited)
- Email support response improves to 24 hours
- All your trial data carries over — nothing is lost
You can update your organisation’s details at any time.
How to Update
- Click Settings in the navigation
- Update any field: business name, ABN/ACN, industry, address, staff count, contact details
- Click Save
Important: ABN and ACN include checksum validation. Changing your industry only affects future assessments — completed assessments retain their original translations.

What happens to data if I cancel?
Retained for 12 months, then permanently deleted.
