October Challenge — Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter. Micro SaaS Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 41 700 398 045) trading as CyberSmart360, enquiries@cybersmart360.com (the Promoter).
  2. Promotion. The CyberSmart360 October Challenge (the Challenge) is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
  3. Promotion period. Entries open at 12:00 am AEST on Thursday 1 October 2026 and close at 11:59 pm AEST on Saturday 31 October 2026 (the Promotion Period).
  4. Eligibility. Entry is open to businesses operating in Australia that hold an Australian Business Number (ABN) or Australian Company Number (ACN), entering through an individual aged 18 years or over who is authorised to act for the business. Employees and contractors of the Promoter, and their immediate families, are not eligible. One entry per business. Where more than one entry is received for a business, the first valid entry received will be accepted.
  5. How to enter. To enter, a business must, within the Promotion Period: (a) hold a CyberSmart360 account (free trial or paid subscription); (b) complete and submit a CyberSmart360 assessment; and (c) submit the entry form at cybersmart360.com/cyber-month-2026, including a written response of no more than 25 words to the question “What is the one thing your assessment showed you that you are going to fix first, and why?”. Entry is free. No purchase is required; the free trial qualifies.
  6. Judging. Entries will be judged by the Promoter’s founder against the following criterion: the entry identifies one specific gap revealed by the entrant’s assessment and explains clearly why it should be addressed first. Entries are judged on the written response only. Assessment scores do not form part of the judging. Where two or more entries are judged of equal merit, the entry received earliest will be preferred. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Judging will be completed by Friday 6 November 2026.
  7. One (1) major prize: twelve (12) months of CyberSmart360 Standard subscription, provided at no charge, including remediation plans, evidence tracking, downloadable reports, two users and ten assessments. For an existing subscriber, the prize is applied as a twelve-month extension of the current term. Up to three (3) runner-up prizes of three (3) months of CyberSmart360 Standard subscription may be awarded at the judge’s discretion. Prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s standard terms of service and privacy policy apply to use of the platform. At the end of the prize period, each prize subscription will renew at the Promoter’s Standard price for that plan or, where the prize winner is an existing subscriber, at the price of their existing subscription, unless cancelled before the renewal date. The Promoter will email each prize winner at least 30 days before the renewal date. Prize winners may cancel at any time.
  8. Notification. The winner will be notified by email to the address provided on the entry form by Monday 9 November 2026. If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not accept the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter may award the prize to the next-ranked eligible entry.
  9. Publicity. The winner’s business name may be published on the Promoter’s website and social media only with the winner’s consent, given on the entry form or subsequently in writing. Entry text may be quoted in the Promoter’s materials, without the entrant’s name or business name, only where the entrant has ticked the quote consent box on the entry form.
  10. Privacy. Personal information collected for the Challenge is handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy at cybersmart360.com/privacy-policy, is used to administer the Challenge, and is retained for 12 months after the end of the Promotion Period. Entrants are added to marketing lists only where they have separately opted in on the entry form.
  11. Verification and disqualification. The Promoter may verify eligibility, including that a qualifying assessment was submitted within the Promotion Period, and may disqualify incomplete, ineligible, late or duplicate entries. The Promoter is not responsible for entries lost, delayed or not received for reasons outside its reasonable control.
  12. General. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. By entering, entrants agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
